Our founders are intimate with the adjustment issues and trauma resulting from abusive religious sect and the difficulty with finding resources that address the unique recovery needs. Brielle was raised in the closed community Colorado City and was forced to marry the prophet,Warren Jeffs taking her place as number 65 of 79. Her former husband is currently in prison. The co-founder grew up in a rural farming community. Her family was active in a independent charismatic church heavily influenced by the shepherding movement and Hobart Freeman.The founding pastor began collecting other independent charismatic churches creating a network brought under his leadership.
